Emmy - Support and mobility aid for active users
Safety features include large, anti-slip treads and two lockable swivel wheels. Persons with some mobility can bring themselves from a sitting to a standing position independently or with minimal support.
The gap between the bars leaves plenty of space for the head when the person is gradually standing up by pulling on one handle after another. You can position the device close to the person, as the platform is only 6.5 cm from the ground and fits under furniture easily.
The handles provide support in every position the person takes when gradually standing up. Padded shin rests support the legs. Therefore, Emmy is suitable for training the person’s own mobility.
The person benefits from leg support and can hold on to the handles. Emmy enables the person to be transported in a standing position. A safety belt is available as an optional extra.
Please note: Shin rests not included in the pictures for better visibility. Shin rests are part of the standard model.
